The easiest paragliding morning is the one you prepared for the night before. You do not need a complicated packing system. You need the booking details, a charged phone, appropriate clothing and enough flexibility that a weather change does not wreck your day.
Re-read the current booking page
Check the meeting point, pickup instructions, start time, passenger requirements and cancellation policy. Screenshots can be useful if your connection is poor later, but the live listing remains the source of truth if the provider has updated something.
Confirm transport and contact details
- Know where you are meeting.
- Know who is providing the ride.
- Save the provider contact information.
- Make sure your phone number or messaging app is reachable.
Pack for a mountain activity
Wear secure shoes and bring a useful layer. Charge your phone and camera. Avoid carrying unnecessary loose items. If the operator provides specific clothing or baggage instructions, follow those instead of a generic list.
Protect the schedule
Do not make the flight the first domino in a chain of tight reservations. Leave room for weather and waiting. The night before is also the time to decide what you will do if the operator postpones or cancels the flight, so the alternative feels like a plan rather than a disappointment.
Compare the listing, not just the headline.
