Weather is not a footnote in paragliding. It is part of the activity. The useful way to approach this is to compare the parts of the day that actually affect you: transport, timing, group size, walking, inclusions and how much flexibility you want.
Flyable weather is more specific than “sunny”
Pilots care about wind direction and strength, cloud development, rain and local conditions at the launch and landing areas. A bright morning in your neighborhood does not guarantee a launch.
Delays can be a safety decision, not bad service
If a pilot waits, changes the order of flights or cancels, the reason may be conditions that are not obvious to a passenger. Avoid pressuring an operator to fly just because you have another reservation later.
Protect the rest of your itinerary
Do not schedule airport transport or a fixed tasting menu immediately after paragliding. Give the activity margin. If timing is critical, ask the operator how weather delays are handled before booking.
Read the cancellation terms on the exact listing
Platform and operator policies can vary. Check what happens when weather prevents flying, whether rescheduling is offered, and how refunds are processed for a cancelled activity.
